Chris Hemsworth Is Launching a New Health & Fitness App

Finally, the secret to Chris Hemsworth’s 8-pack abs is in your hands!

The 35-year-old Australian actor, who’s always favored a diverse approach to working out, is launching his new health and fitness app, Centr, on Feb. 11.

The app provides subscribers with customized exercise and meal plans, all of which are accessible online or on a phone, and gives them a chance to keep things interesting by bouncing between a variety of different workouts — just like he does in his own life.

On the app, users will be able to sweat it out at home while participating in 20-40 minute long workouts, ranging from HIIT (high-intensity interval training), boxing, yoga, strength training and MMA exercises.

Hemsworth himself is a noted fan of Muay Thai workouts, as well as surfing and yoga.

All of the classes are led by world class experts, including the actor’s personal trainer Luke Zocchi, and can be done from the comfort of your home, with minimal equipment — and with new workouts being released every week, there will always be something new to challenge yourself.

One of the experts involved with the app is Hemsworth’s wife, Elsa Pataky, who offered key advice and support throughout Centr’s development, helping ensure the app is also female and mom-friendly.

Focusing on more than just exercise, Centr also hooks subscribers up with a variety of dietician-approved meal plans — which include recipes from world-class chefs — for a variety of dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and pescetarian options.

Additionally, Centr also provides a variety of ways to help you relax and ease your mind, including guided meditations and visualization exercises.

Centr is available online, or in the Apple App Store starting February 11.
