Zucchini fritters with Tzatziki

Preparation:

Zucchini wash, clean and coarsely grated, spring onion, wash, clean and cut into very thin rings. Zucchini rasp and spring onion with hazelnuts, whole wheat flour, grated cheese and eggs and mix. Season with salt and pepper.

In a large frying pan heat the olive oil. 1 heaping TABLESPOONS Zucchini mixture into place and press flat. Of each side at medium heat in about 4 Min. fry until Golden brown. Buffer drain on kitchen paper.

For the Tzatziki:

Salad, peel cucumber, halve lengthwise and remove seeds. The cucumber coarsely grated. Press the garlic, cucumber grater with garlic, olive oil and yogurt mix. Zucchini fritters with Tzatziki and green olives and serve.
